Maintenance Technician, FT & PRN, Days

Responsible for maintaining and caring for AMMC buildings, equipment and furnishings, making repairs and/or replacements and assisting is providing a sanitary and safe work environment. Responsible for maintaining a preventive maintenance schedule, which provides for regular and documented inspection of mechanical systems in all AMMC buildings. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in AMMC’s Mission/Vision Statement and reflect a commitment to continuous quality improvement. Routinely, assigns and responsibly directs staff. This position is required to utilize independent judgment.

Requirements:

Must have a current driver’s license. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience with mechanical systems preferred.

Painter, FT Days and as needed, Plant Engineering

Provides all painting, papering, decorating for interior fixtures and work areas of all AMMC owned the facilities. Paints signs, bulletin boards and equipment and does stenciling as needed.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalency preferred. Trade or vocational school graduate or one year’s experience as a painter or 1-3 years as a painter helper is preferred
