Works to resolve problematic and aged physician office insurance claims, overseas billers/coders as they process claims, process/post private pay and insurance receipts for each clinic; prepare banks deposits for each clinic; process all electronic remittances for each clinic, process bad debt collection accounts, prepare and/or process reports and indexes on daily or as needed basis for account upkeep, prepare month end reports and work reports for outgoing patient account statements. The Billing Supervisor contacts insurance carriers for doctor certification, claim status updates, and write appeals when necessary, etc. The Billing Supervisor also provides schedules for billers/coders and resolves any problems or questions they may have. Serves on the Physician Services Leadership Team with Director and Clinic Coordinator. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in AMMC’s Physician’s Services, Inc. Standards of Performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent with experience in medical billing and management in a medical billing environment. Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes a plus.
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person. Complete patient check-in/out tasks and other administrative tasks as assigned. Greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and performing insurance verifications. Will also assist other staff with overflow work, as needed.
Requirements:
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a physician medical office
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have previous customer service experience
Performs electroneurodiagnostic tests within approved standards, utilizing knowledge of neuroanatomy and physiology, basic electronics and electrical safety, general knowledge of electroneurodiagnostic instrumentation, pattern recognition, and various medical and pharmacological conditions and provides direct patient care services.
Requirements:
Minimum previous six (6) months previous experience providing neurodiagnostic exams in a hospital or physician office.

Required Education/Training/Experience:
- RN must have a verified current Arkansas license.
- CPR certification required
