RN/LPN

Position Summary for RN: The R.N. delivers exceptional care to the customers of Chateau on the Ridge utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation, within the scope of their license

Requirements/Experience for RN:

  • The RN candidate must have a current, verifiable Arkansas RN or compact state license. 
  • ACLS and PALS certification preferred but may be obtained upon hire.  CPR certified.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills as well as the ability and desire to provide quality nursing care to the customers of Chateau on the Ridge.
  • The successful candidate will work diligently to meet the Chateau’s mission.

 

Position Summary for LPN: A licensed practical nurse who works under the direction of a registered nurse to provide safe skilled age appropriate care to patients. Participates in the nursing process of observation, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation; within the scope of license, within the objectives, standards and policies of the medical center.

Requirements/Experience for LPN:

  • LPN must have a verified current license. CPR certified.
Resident Assistant/CNA

Provide overall direct care services for Assisted Living, Level II residents. Ensure residents’ well-being by responding to their requests promptly. Perform daily duties, including, but not limited to: Household chores; personal hygiene; activities of daily living; assist with admission and releases and other operational tasks needed at the Community. Resident Assistant must abide by all Federal, State and Local regulations and the policies established by the Community. Document all care provided is in accordance with Policies and Procedures and each resident’s individualized Direct Care Service Plan.

Requirements/Education:

  • Minimum Education & Certification Requirements
  • Valid State Nursing Assistant certification or willing to obtain certification upon employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
